Cost Data Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cost Data Manager to support Job Order Contracting efforts through data management and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a framework for data collection, automation, and product initiatives
• Update and expand cost database records and improve usability of the UPB
• Manage collaboration with estimators, architects, and engineers to enhance project outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience with design and/or construction of various project types preferred
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, costs, and material costing
• Knowledge in data management and estimating
