Cost Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the manufacturing and development teams, the full-time salaried Cost Engineer will analyze and control manufacturing costs, assist in budgeting processes, and collaborate with engineering teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, with remote work options available.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and control manufacturing costs to ensure project profitability and efficiency
• Support cost estimation and budgeting processes for manufacturing projects
• Monitor project expenses and provide detailed reports to management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cost engineering within manufacturing or engineering industries
• Proven experience with process engineering responsibilities from tool build through production
• Strong problem-solving skills, including defect identification and Pareto analysis
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
