Cost Estimation Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a US-Cost Estimation Associate I.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to resolve estimate requests and issues
• Generate insured and self-pay estimate statements in compliance with standards
• Document all interactions and complete daily worklists to support client commitments

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• No prior experience required
• Previous customer service experience is desired
• Familiarity with word processing and typing speed of at least 35 WPM is desired
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
