Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cost Estimator responsible for creating accurate cost models based on customer requirements and conceptual designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates and maintain standardized costing models
• Support bid strategy and pricing decisions while quantifying cost impacts of design changes
• Identify and quantify risks early in the opportunity lifecycle and ensure cross-functional alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in construction cost estimation, preferably in prefabricated construction
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• In-depth understanding of construction processes and building codes
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret complex project documents
