Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cost Estimator responsible for developing accurate cost models based on customer requirements and conceptual designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates based on conceptual designs and customer requirements
• Partner with Project Executives and Solutions Designers to support bid strategy and pricing decisions
• Identify cost, scope, and execution risks early in the opportunity lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction cost estimation
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, prefabrication techniques, and building codes
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or LEED accreditation are a plus
