Cost Management Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cost Management Engineer to lead the design and development of enterprise cost and quota management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver microservices-based solutions for quota allocation, budget enforcement, and real-time usage monitoring
• Build scalable financial control applications and integrate payment gateway APIs
• Provide technical leadership and influence architecture and engineering standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience building cost management, billing, or payment-integrated systems
• Strong proficiency in backend development using C++, Go, Python, or similar languages
• Experience with AWS, Docker, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong relational database expertise (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB)
