Cost Management Professional

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cost Management professional at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop budget estimates and perform quantity take-offs using project plans and specifications
• Review and define project scope, evaluate change orders, and assist in the continuous cost management process
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients while preparing summary analyses for assigned work

Required Qualifications:

• Education: BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Experience: More than 3 years in a related field post-undergraduate degree
• Preferred Certification: Working towards Professional Certification - MRICS, AssocRICS, AIQS, CCP, CEP, CPE, or equivalent
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of the construction industry and cost-estimating methods
• Ability to read and interpret various construction documents and effectively integrate with other departments
