Cost Management Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

To drive customer success and maximize the value of the Cost Management package, the full-time Cost Management Solutions Specialist will act as a product champion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance strategic mid-size customers' experience with the Procore platform, either remotely or from the Carpinteria, CA, or Austin, TX offices.

Key responsibilities

• Function as the Cost Management expert for account management teams, identifying cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Engineers to drive product adoption and mitigate churn
• Provide updates to customers on product capabilities and benefits, ensuring effective communication of the value proposition

Required qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in commercial construction operations, project management, or construction financials
• Thorough understanding of workflows between Owners, General Contractors, and Specialty Contractors
• Experience with consultative, solution-based sales methodology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
