Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cost Manager & Senior Cost Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, track, and maintain project budgets and cost control reports
• Prepare detailed construction and project cost estimates from conceptual design through final construction documents
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely project status updates

Required Qualifications

• 2-10 years of experience as an Estimator, Cost Manager, or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and planning concepts
• Ability to generate AACE level 1-5 cost evaluations and expertise in estimating software
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills
