Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cost Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Project Controls Services including capital planning, project governance, and schedule control
• Support the development of client's capital plans and facilitate funding processes
• Review and analyze project schedules and develop risk mitigation plans

Required Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in a related field post-undergraduate degree
• Prior experience on large-scale data center projects is preferred
• Growing technical competency in project controls service offerings
• Highly proficient in the use of Excel
