Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Cost Manager will oversee multiple commercial real estate solutions for high-profile clients, focusing on cost management, financial governance, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost models for estimating, benchmarking, and scenario analysis across construction projects
• Align cost plans with project schedules while ensuring compliance with financial policies and managing project budgets
• Support the development of AI-enabled cost modeling tools and collaborate with teams on digital solutions to enhance efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Innovative mindset to develop methods that exceed existing solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Expert organizational skills and a highly sophisticated math ability
• Ability to solve unique problems using both standard and innovative solutions
