Job Summary

Cost Report Auditor, responsible for conducting audits and desk reviews of Medicare Cost Reports in compliance with CMS regulations, is a full-time position that ensures the accuracy of financial data and supports effective healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and desk reviews using established guidelines and meet production goals
• Prepare audit adjustment reports and detailed work papers in accordance with auditing standards
• Analyze financial data to assess compliance with federal regulations and review provider pricing policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with audit methodologies and regulatory compliance preferred
