Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-hire compliance requirements and ensure employee setup before start date
• Handle payroll inputs, audits, and compliance with statutory obligations
• Serve as the primary contact for employee queries regarding employment terms and benefits

Required Qualifications

• Background in HR services and payroll coordination
• Knowledge of labor law and employment practices in Costa Rica
• Experience with benefits and leave management
• Ability to perform detailed data input, audits, and reconciliations
• Proven capability to develop practical processes in unstructured environments
