COTS/GOTS Application Support Specialist
Job Summary
Providing day-to-day administration and support, the full-time Enterprise COTS/GOTS Application Support Specialist will manage operational tasks for various enterprise applications in both physical and cloud-based environments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support and troubleshooting for assigned COTS and GOTS applications
- Monitor application performance, availability, and service dependencies, while conducting diagnostics using maintenance tools
- Coordinate with various teams and manage work orders with internal and external stakeholders to resolve application issues
Required qualifications
- Active Department of Defense Secret clearance required
- Minimum six years of information technology support experience, with at least three years in enterprise hardware and software solutions
- Experience supporting production COTS/GOTS applications and familiarity with Windows Server and IIS
- IAT Level II or IAT Level III certification required for privileged application administration duties
- Current DLA-approved Computing Environment certification applicable to assigned applications
