Job Summary

A company is seeking an experienced lawyer for the role of Counsel, Commercial Operations.

Required Qualifications:

JD degree and active license to practice law
3-5 years of commercial legal experience, preferably with previous in-house experience

Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
