Job Summary

A company is seeking an experienced lawyer for the role of Counsel, Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate various complex commercial agreements
• Provide legal advice and support for commercial contracting initiatives
• Partner with global cross-functional teams on various projects

Required Qualifications:

• JD degree and active license to practice law
• 3-5 years of commercial legal experience, preferably with previous in-house experience
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
