Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel, Sales to provide broad commercial support to the Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and SaaS sales agreements
Provide practical, commercial advice to Sales executives and internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and other tools essential to the Go-to-Market Legal function

Required Qualifications:

Admitted and active in good standing with the state bar
7+ years of transactional commercial legal experience
Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and SaaS sales agreements
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and commercial negotiation best practices
Comfortable negotiating data privacy agreements and working knowledge of GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
