Job Summary

Seeking a remote Counsel - WA Licensed, the full-time position will manage commercial contract negotiation and drafting, primarily supporting sales and EMR integration teams for the clonoSEQ assay.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate laboratory services and EMR integration agreements
• Lead internal efforts on risk mitigation and compliance with government contract terms
• Partner with various internal teams to evaluate and mitigate legal risks related to the diagnostic business

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from a nationally accredited law school and current member in good standing of a U.S. state bar
• At least 5+ years of prior in-house or law firm experience providing transactional legal counsel
• Ability to travel 1-2 times per year for in-person meetings
