A company is looking for a Counselor Engagement Senior Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and provide support to high school counselors and Community Based Organization (CBO) partners
• Drive engagement of the Match platform through events and virtual programming
• Contribute feedback on platform use to inform product development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or Humanities
• 4+ years of professional experience with knowledge or experience related to the CBO community
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones
• Desire to support the college aspirations of international high school students and underserved students
• Familiarity with online content and contact management software
