Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counselor Engagement Senior Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard and provide support to high school counselors and Community Based Organization (CBO) partners
Drive engagement of the Match platform through events and virtual programming
Contribute feedback on platform use to inform product development

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or Humanities
4+ years of professional experience with knowledge or experience related to the CBO community
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones
Desire to support the college aspirations of international high school students and underserved students
Familiarity with online content and contact management software
