Job Summary

Leading the organization's Counterparty Risk Management program, the full-time remote Counterparty Risk Program Manager will ensure effective governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across client and affiliate relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the Counterparty Risk Management program, ensuring compliance with ERM policies and regulatory requirements
  • Manage daily departmental activities, including client due diligence and risk assessment, while coordinating with operational departments
  • Develop and report on Counterparty Risk metrics, and provide training and mentorship to junior staff
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Counterparty or Third Party Risk Management, preferably in mortgage servicing
  • Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements governing service provider management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong initiative and attention to detail
