Job Summary
Leading the organization's Counterparty Risk Management program, the full-time remote Counterparty Risk Program Manager will ensure effective governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across client and affiliate relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the Counterparty Risk Management program, ensuring compliance with ERM policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage daily departmental activities, including client due diligence and risk assessment, while coordinating with operational departments
- Develop and report on Counterparty Risk metrics, and provide training and mentorship to junior staff
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in Counterparty or Third Party Risk Management, preferably in mortgage servicing
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements governing service provider management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong initiative and attention to detail
