A company is looking for a Country Director for Haiti.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Country Management Team and ensure effective decision-making and staff capacity
• Oversee strategic development and management of the country program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Represent the organization with government, donors, and other stakeholders while managing risks and ensuring compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant postgraduate qualification
• Five years or more experience in a senior position with an international NGO
• Experience managing diverse and multi-sectoral programs and teams
• Knowledge of donor compliance and securing external funding
• Experience in humanitarian programs and security management
