Country Head - Norway

Job Summary

Leading the launch and growth of Uphold's business in Norway, the full-time Country Head - Norway will manage regional P&L, develop market strategies, and establish Uphold as a trusted digital asset platform while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for the Nordic region, driving growth, revenue, and ROI on market investment
• Develop and execute the Nordic go-to-market strategy, initially focusing on Norway and Finland, with plans to expand into Sweden and Denmark
• Build and lead a high-impact regional team while fostering relationships with regulators, industry stakeholders, and key distribution channels

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or high-growth consumer technology
• Proven track record of launching and scaling businesses in Nordic markets
• Strong understanding of Nordic consumer behavior and market-entry strategies
• Experience with European financial regulation, particularly MiCA, is highly advantageous
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence outcomes across various teams
