Country Head - Norway

Job Summary

Leading the launch and growth of Uphold's business in Norway and Finland, the full-time Country Head - Norway will manage regional P&L, market strategy, and regulatory engagement, with responsibilities expected to expand to Sweden and Denmark in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for the Nordic region, focusing on growth, revenue, and market investment ROI
• Develop and execute Uphold's go-to-market strategy across the Nordic markets, initially targeting Norway and Finland
• Build and lead a high-impact regional team to drive acquisition, retention, and brand development

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or high-growth consumer technology
• Proven track record of launching and scaling businesses in Nordic markets
• Strong understanding of Nordic consumer behavior and market-entry strategies
• Experience with European financial regulation, particularly MiCA
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence outcomes across various teams
