Job Summary
Driving commercial growth in France, the full-time Country Manager France will lead the business strategy, develop a high-performing sales organization, and navigate the AAC ecosystem while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver revenue growth and exceed targets by building a strong sales pipeline and improving customer satisfaction
- Drive the market strategy in alignment with broader European ambitions while building relationships with key stakeholders
- Enhance productivity and profitability through scalable operations and effective use of data and processes
Required qualifications
- Several years of experience in complex solution sales and business development
- Proven leadership experience in building and developing high-performing teams
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in regulated, funding-driven markets
- Ability to navigate complex ecosystems involving clinicians and public stakeholders
- Fluent in French and strong business English, both written and spoken
