Job Summary
Driving the development and growth of cfab in the Netherlands, the full-time Country Manager Netherlands will identify growth opportunities, execute local market strategies, and build a high-performing team while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the development and growth of cfab in the Netherlands
- Develop and execute the local market strategy based on international growth objectives
- Build and manage relevant local partnerships and agencies
Required qualifications
- Several years of experience in E-Commerce, D2C, Fashion, Retail, or a comparable consumer business
- Proven experience in building or scaling a market or business unit
- Strong understanding of the local market and its consumers
- Fluent in English (at least C1) and Dutch at native or business-fluent level
- Experience leading and developing teams
