Job Summary
To drive financial inclusion in Nigeria, the full-time Country Manager - Nigeria will manage operations by aligning company goals with local market conditions, establishing banking networks, and acquiring high-value clients, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis and develop operational strategies to align company objectives with local customer needs and regulatory environments
- Establish and maintain relationships with banking and payment service providers, ensuring effective integration and operational support
- Acquire and support high-value commercial clients, overseeing onboarding and maintaining strong business relationships
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience in leadership or management roles
- General knowledge of fintech, cryptocurrency, or the financial services industry
- Outstanding leadership and general management skills
- Excellent research, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
