Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and develop operational strategies to align company objectives with local customer needs and regulatory environments
• Establish and maintain relationships with banking and payment service providers, ensuring effective integration and operational support
• Acquire and support high-value commercial clients, overseeing onboarding and maintaining strong business relationships

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in leadership or management roles
