Job Summary
Leading the North American commercial team, the full-time Country Manager, North America will own revenue performance across new business, expansion, and retention while working remotely from the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Own North America revenue performance with full accountability for regional targets
- Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team to enhance performance and accountability
- Work directly with strategic customers and prospects to shape opportunities and support key deal closures
Required qualifications
- Proven commercial leadership experience in a high-growth B2B technology company
- Experience leading and elevating a sales or commercial team with a track record of performance improvement
- Hands-on experience in managing strategic deals and navigating complex buying groups
- Strong instincts for pipeline creation across various sales motions
- Experience selling B2B solutions with a focus on AI and its business value proposition
