Country Manager, Poland

Job Summary

Leading the expansion efforts in Poland, the full-time remote Country Manager will develop and implement commercial strategies, manage the P&L, and oversee product launches while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive plans for the company's expansion in Poland
• Manage the P&L, including budget allocation for operations and resource optimization
• Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including market access strategies and pricing

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, specifically in oncology
• Mandatory experience with drug launches in oncology within Poland
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, access, pricing, and regulatory environment in Poland
• Proven track record in shaping and executing country strategy and building high-performing teams
