Job Summary
Leading the development and implementation of national program strategies, the full-time Country Manager, US will grow 350's influence and fundraising efforts while managing diverse stakeholders and enhancing the climate justice movement in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to advance US programs and campaigns
- Oversee fundraising efforts by articulating program strategies and collaborating with fundraising teams
- Manage and supervise staff, fostering a positive team culture and alignment with organizational goals
Required qualifications:
- At least six years of experience in political organizing and campaigning
- Proven track record as an effective spokesperson in public-facing events and media
- Minimum three years of experience in people management within diverse organizations
- Strong understanding of climate justice and social movements in the US
- Experience in institutional fundraising, donor engagement, and grant reporting
