Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and user acquisition in Turkey
• Manage and lead agencies or contractors to execute the marketing plan focused on social media and partnerships
• Analyze marketing efforts and adjust strategies based on performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of consumer marketing experience, especially in social media and growth marketing
• Proven experience in developing and leading marketing and PR communication strategies
• Strong understanding of Turkish consumer trends and cultural insights
• Experience working in remote teams and influencing local market needs
• Proficient in Turkish and excellent English speaking and writing skills
