Required Qualifications

• University degree in marine sciences, fisheries, international affairs, law, or equivalent experience
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in the marine sector
• Strong understanding of Colombia's marine and fisheries institutional landscape
• Native Spanish speaker with excellent English skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with government and private stakeholders
