Country Research Consultant

Job Summary

To provide expert country-level support across the full project cycle, the part-time Country Research Consultant will conduct digital ethnography and narrative analysis, assist in survey design and analysis, and engage in project management while working remotely from Brazil, India, or South Africa until June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and map actors and narratives involved in information manipulation related to Germany in Brazil, India, or South Africa
• Conduct qualitative observation and analysis of public content on specified platforms, producing a country-specific narrative brief
• Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder engagement, maintaining documentation of research activities and findings

Required qualifications:

• Deep contextual knowledge of Brazil, India, or South Africa
• Experience in qualitative online research methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Familiarity with research ethics and data protection protocols
• Availability for regular project team meetings and adherence to working hours (9am - 5pm CET)
