Job Summary
Owning direct sales execution in the Uzbekistan market, the full-time Country Sales Manager will build a personal pipeline, develop a network, and close deals for the company's Voice AI product while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a personal pipeline of prospects in target verticals, running the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Leverage and expand personal network to generate qualified leads and represent the company at local industry events
- Provide market feedback and report on pipeline status, forecasts, and deal progress to the COO and product team
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in direct B2B sales with a proven track record of sourcing and closing deals
- Prior experience selling technology products, ideally in AI, voice/conversational AI, or SaaS
- Fluency in Uzbek and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with modern CRM systems and sales technologies
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred but not required
