Country Study Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Country Study Operations Manager - Home Based (US).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee study and regional/country level activities from startup through close
• Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure compliance and timely communication regarding study operations
• Identify and manage risks, deviations, and trends to improve deliverables and ensure audit readiness

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• A scientific or technical degree is preferred; BS/BSc/MS/MSc degree required
• 5+ years of relevant operational clinical trial experience with a BA/BS or 3+ years with an MBA/MS
• Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory operations
• Demonstrated experience in managing country-level operational activities and vendors
• Expertise in study and quality management in a matrix environment
