Country Study Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Country Study Operations Manager to lead and coordinate project activities in clinical research.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage study and regional/country level activities from startup through close, ensuring compliance with protocols
• Oversee pCRO and local study team, maintaining accurate country level plans and managing risks and deviations
• Act as the primary point of contact for study-level questions and ensure timely communication between global and local teams

Required Qualifications

• BS/BSc/MS/MSc degree required; scientific or technical degree preferred
• 5+ years of relevant operational clinical trial experience for BA/BS; 3+ years for MBA/MS
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and clinical regulatory operations
• Experience in managing country level operational activities and vendors
• Demonstrated clinical research and study management experience
