Country Study Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Country Study Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing clinical study activities from startup to close.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee study and regional activities, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with local and global teams to identify and mitigate risks in study execution
• Lead the Local Study Team and ensure effective communication and coordination among stakeholders

Required Qualifications and Education

• BS/BSc/MS/MSc degree in a scientific or technical field preferred
• 5+ years of operational clinical trial experience for BA/BS degree holders; 3+ years for MBA/MS degree holders
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and clinical regulatory operations
• Demonstrated experience in managing country-level operational activities and vendors
• Experience in study and quality management within a matrix management environment
