Country Study Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing clinical trial activities from startup to close.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage study and country-level activities, ensuring compliance and timely communication between teams
• Oversee pCRO and local study teams, managing risks and deviations in study execution
• Coordinate site recruitment planning and ensure readiness for audits and inspections

Required Qualifications

• BS/BSc/MS/MSc degree in a scientific or technical field preferred
• 7+ years of operational clinical trial experience for BA/BS degree holders or 6+ years for MBA/MS degree holders
• Extensive knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and clinical trial methodology
• Experience in managing country-level operational activities and vendors
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrix environment and manage complex processes
