County Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a County Engagement Manager - Tribal Liaison in Northern MN.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the organization at coalition and tribal nation meetings, health fairs, and community events
• Identify and cultivate partnerships to enhance outreach and strengthen relationships with tribal nations
• Develop and facilitate meetings, workshops, and special events for member consultations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in tribal nation relations, public health, or community outreach
• 2+ years of experience in relationship management with providers or community health organizations
• Solid understanding of healthcare and managed care systems
• Ability to travel throughout the service area and access a reliable vehicle
