County Program Assistant
Job Summary
Dedicated to supporting 4-H youth development programs, the part-time CES County Program Assistant will collaborate with the Cooperative Extension Agent to deliver programming and services, including planning workshops and promoting activities through social media, while working remotely in Guadalupe County, New Mexico.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering project workshops, 4-H Club meetings, and activities
- Manage 4-H constituent correspondence and program promotion, particularly via social media
- Work with the Extension team to establish and utilize efficient systems and applications
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher degree
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends
- Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office programs and social media applications
- Experience with electronic communications applications, including email and text messaging
