Job Summary

Supporting the configuration and maintenance of the Coupa Spend Management platform, the full-time Coupa Administrator will manage system operations, assist procurement processes, and provide user support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute system configuration changes and maintain user roles and permissions in Coupa
  • Support Procure-to-Pay processes and identify opportunities for system efficiency improvements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support and issue resolution
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement, P2P operations, or business systems support
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting Coupa or similar procurement platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • Basic understanding of the procurement lifecycle from requisition to payment
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Coupa reports, Excel, or BI tools is preferred
