Coupa Functional Consultant

Job Summary

Owning workstream delivery for end-to-end Coupa implementations, the full-time remote Coupa Functional Senior Consultant will execute all phases from requirements gathering to deployment across various modules, ensuring high-quality outcomes and fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of assigned workstream across all phases of Coupa implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live
• Facilitate workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and redesign business processes to improve operational performance within the workstream
• Contribute to the development of AI-enabled solutions for clients while maintaining thorough documentation in line with company standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience with hands-on functional expertise in one or more Coupa modules
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience in full-lifecycle Coupa implementations
• Proven ability to analyze and improve business processes and drive transformation through delivery
• Coupa certification preferred
