Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coupa Operations Coordinator Level 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain contracts and SOW updates in Coupa
• Process purchase orders and invoicing using Coupa and related systems
• Track invoicing, purchase orders (POs), and project documentation

Required Qualifications

• Coupa experience (must-have)
• 2-5 years of experience in portfolio or project operations (entry-level candidates encouraged)
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn tools like Clarity
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
