Course Consultant

Job Summary

Providing expert guidance and personalized support to parents, the full-time Remote Course Consultant will address client inquiries, engage potential clients, and build strong relationships to meet enrollment targets for elementary and middle school courses.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions to understand educational products and user needs
• Effectively address client inquiries regarding course offerings and registration processes
• Engage potential clients through various communication channels to promote courses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Teaching or Education preferred
• 1-2 years of prior experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service preferred
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Enthusiastic about education and empathetic towards parents' needs
• Flexible schedule with availability for 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
