Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Learn program content to effectively support learners
Moderate weekly discussion boards and respond to learner inquiries
Grade assignments and provide feedback within specified timeframes

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in leadership, organizational development, or related fields
A degree plus MBA from a top university and certification in coaching
Experience in coaching and mentoring within leadership settings
Proven ability to implement change management strategies
Experience supporting executive or mid-career professionals in continuing education is preferred
