Course Material Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Course Material Management Specialist to join their Procurement team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate order placement by monitoring workflow efficiency
• Monitor and review reports to identify and implement quick resolutions to issues
• Collaborate with CSMs and AEMs to provide assistance as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Degree and/or relevant experience in logistics, operations, or inventory control
• 1+ years of experience in ecommerce or related field
• Preferred experience in a College Bookstore
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate-level functions
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak business cycles
