Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of digital learning projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Lead end-to-end execution of course projects, maintaining timelines and quality standards
• Design and implement standardized workflows for course development across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education technology, project management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in digital learning or education technology
• Proven experience in setting up and scaling program operations and workflows
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning standards
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred
