Job Summary

A company is looking for a Course Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery and performance of a portfolio of courses, ensuring strong student outcomes and alignment with university academic standards
• Monitor course performance using data, identify risks early, and drive solutions to improve outcomes
• Serve as the central point of coordination across faculty, teaching fellows, high school partners, and internal teams, aligning stakeholders on expectations and course performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in education, program management, or a related field
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving alignment across teams
• Experience owning outcomes and being accountable for performance metrics
• Preferred experience in K12, higher education, or dual enrollment programs
