Job Summary

To support a fast-paced legal coverage team, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of court hearings, negotiate attorney fees, and ensure timely coverage while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by coordinating with attorneys through phone, text, and email
• Negotiate fees in real time while maintaining profit margins and managing competing priorities
• Onboard and support attorneys, ensuring they are informed and engaged with the coverage process

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a high-volume phone outreach or negotiation role, such as inside sales or account management
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open items effectively
• Ability to perform calmly and decisively under deadline pressure
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
