Job Summary

To close the coverage gap in legal proceedings, the full-time remote Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of court hearings, securing attorney coverage through real-time negotiations and effective communication with law firms and attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by managing open court hearings and coordinating with attorneys via phone, text, and email
• Negotiate fees in real time while maintaining profit margins and managing competing priorities
• Onboard and support attorneys, ensuring they understand the process and remain engaged with the platform

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a high-volume phone outreach or negotiation role, such as inside sales, account management, or dispatch
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms
