Job Summary

To support a fast-paced legal environment, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of court hearings, securing attorney coverage through phone, text, and email while negotiating fees and maintaining communication with law firms remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Secure coverage for open court hearings by actively reaching out to attorneys and confirming commitments
• Negotiate fees in real-time while protecting profit margins and handling counteroffers
• Prioritize and manage a fast-moving pipeline of hearings, addressing last-minute changes and urgent coverage gaps

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a high-volume phone outreach or negotiation role, such as inside sales, account management, or dispatch
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure, with a proven ability to make quick decisions
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms
