Job Summary

To support a fast-paced legal environment, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of court hearings, securing attorney coverage through real-time negotiation and communication while working remotely from Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Secure coverage for open court hearings by reaching out to attorneys via phone, text, and email
• Negotiate fees and manage real-time counteroffers to ensure profitable agreements
• Triage and prioritize competing hearings, adapting to last-minute changes and urgent coverage needs

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a role involving high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open items simultaneously
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
• Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability for new platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
